A beluga whale named "White" gave birth to an healthy male calf on August 1. The night before the mother's water had broken around 17:27 and the flukes appeared at 23:34. The calf was delivered at 3:50 am during the night.The newborn calf is 1.37 m long and weighs approximately 46 kg. The father of the new addition is Hodoi, the resident male of the park.
