This years National Whale and Dolphin Watch organised by the SeaWatch Foundation will take place between 18th of July and 26th of July 2009. Members of the public are once again invited to take part, either by helping trained observers or by sending in sightings.
Information from this exrcise can help provide important information about the range and distributions of species and populations. The event is the eighth consecutive annual watch.
